• New Client Color Services: All new clients receiving color services must submit a deposit to confirm the booking. • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a forfeiture of the deposit, which will be processed using the secured payment information on file. • Missed Appointment (No-Show): In the event of a no-show, the client will be charged the full (100%) cost of the scheduled service. • Guest Policy: To maintain a comfortable and professional environment in our shared workspace, we permit a maximum of one accompanying guest per client.Business Hours
